At +40 °C in Tashkent, untreated makeup air heats the office — splits fight the street, not people and IT load. An air-handling unit with a cooling coil (or adiabatic section where appropriate) delivers supply near comfort temperature and cuts the burden on indoor units.
Typical open-plan layout: AHU with G4/F5 filters, supply cooling (chilled water or DX coil), ceiling distribution, toilet/meeting exhaust, ducted or VRF indoors trim hot spots. Airflow must match cooling capacity — otherwise you under-cool or over-humidify with bad settings.
Noise and power follow duct velocity and fan selection — sized for static pressure without overspeeding. Silencers and acoustic grilles are mandatory in open-plan or staff disable night ventilation. CO₂ sensors and schedules cut flow when the floor is empty.
Plan before finishes: rooftop or plant-room AHU, condensate drains, electrical feed, fire dampers on penetrations. Aurum Prodest fabricates ducts and installs supply plant with ducted cooling as one air-side contractor.
